| This is a brand new 24x36 picture/photo frame (meaning a 24'' x 36'' or a 36'' x 24'' print will fit just right). Solid wood 4'' wide and 2.75'' thick molding with a 0.25'' deep rabbet is covered with a thin layer of gesso and painted antique-gold. Exceptionally wide and heavy molding, huge and elaborate corner crowns, plenty of carvings all around - this is our richest frame. Naturally, expensive, yet it's worth your every penny.Great for a mirror, canvas painting, a really expensive poster, photograph, artwork, craft project, etc.Comes with no glass and no backboard - this frame isn't really meant for prints, but mostly mirrors and canvas paintings. Besides, the frame itself is so heavy it would be virtually impossible to ship it with glass and not have it break in transit. Still, a great value, as such frames are generally only available through top line custom framers and cost astronomical amounts. |
